SANYA Frederic, aka "the Dragon" as all what it takes to become a star. At the age of 24yo he has already won the Heavy Weight class of one of the toughest African Bodybuilding competition: The Mr Kenya. It was in 2007 since then Fred has gained 10kg of pure muscles...

This promising start comes from his love for Iron & Muscle   and an outstanding genetic, both legacies from his father Michael RAGOS, a former Mr Kenya.

Frustrated last season by the cancellation of the Mr Kenya, "the Dragon"  firmly intend to spit fire on stage this year and get back home with the Trophy. Two other big challenges are in his agenda this season:

- the Mr Black Prince next August in Mombasa, Kenya;

- and the Woody 2009, on October 31st in Gd bassam, Côte d'Ivoire.

He expects that this contests will give him the necessary exposure to start a succesful international career in sport and.. in the main stream.

Originating from Western Kenya and living in Nairobi where he works as a security agent in a airdrome , Sanya Fred is an ambitious guy. His secret agenda is to use Bodybuilding as a springboard for a career in main stream, where he could use his talents for music and acting. Fred writes his own songs and sings and he is featuring on the cast of a popular Kenyan TV show called "Vitimbi" . Beside that he has already featured in several magazines, the last ones:

- "Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness" (May 2008 )

- and Kenyan mainstream "Adam Magazine" (October 2008).
